Both scarcity of drinking water and mismanagement of the limited resource resulted in a devastating impact on the lives of people in the developing countries. The issue of water scarcity is a global concern. In Ireland, the topic of lower quality of drinking water and high risk of E. Coli remains more highlighted than the quantity of water people use. Is drinking water an easily available resource that people shouldn't even bother about..
